Insurance

Discussed dropping insurance but keeping board insurance. Was only required for Bears Den work but we can do individual volunteer days under State insurance. Mick made a motion to discontinue club insurance Ben second. All voted in favor of dropping club insurance

Board and directors insurance. Tom motion to pay for board insurance. Mick second. All in favor. ~$390

Treasure report

A little over $2000 in the bank

Movie/social night

Shoot for April at either KSC, Modest Man or Library. Mick will contact Dirt Bag movie people. Looking into venue availibility and cost

Spring kiosk plans

Ben will send possible plans to board

Cut location is approved just before the bridge to the rail trail.

Kiosk for Hewes Hill across the field

Cut parking.

Tom will approach state plowing person in Westmoreland. Possible give Bart Cushing’s brother money to plow since he is already plowing Cushing parking area. Cushing owns pull off?

Gilsum school

Looking for 3 sessions of climbing $300 donation
